We do ship worldwide. All orders will be processed within 5-10 working days.

Standard shipping in Australia will take approx. 3-10 working days and up to 20 working days for all international orders.

Custom Fees

Please note all products will be shipped from Australia, and your country may charge Custom fees on your purchases when it arrives. This is the buyers responsibility so please familiarise yourself with your country's import policies before ordering.

Returns / Exchanges

We work hard to provide excellent quality products, however if you are unhappy with your order please contact me at mgsofroniou@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for returning the item in its original condition and where possible orders must be returned in their original packaging. Buyers will also be responsible for any loss in value caused by the return. Buyers will lastly be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is incorrect / faulty. Your refund will be processed on the safe return of the order. Refunds can take 3-5 working days to appear in your account.
